How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 10:00 PM are processed the same day. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days within the Netherlands and 3-7 business days for international shipping.
What is your return policy?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that all products are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
How do I determine my size?
Quotrell items generally have a slim-fit design. We recommend checking the specific size guide located on each product page or ordering one size up if you prefer a more relaxed fit.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of secure payment methods including iDEAL, PayPal, Klarna (Pay Later), Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
How should I wash my Quotrell clothing?
To maintain the quality of the fabric and prints, we recommend washing our garments inside out at a maximum of 30°C and avoiding the use of a tumble dryer.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a Track & Trace link to follow your delivery status.
